The travel and lifestyle blog of Adam Beaumont has been operating for over 4 years now and contains some fantastic stories and accounts from some amazing events including the football World Cup and the Winter Olympics in Sochi.

“Travelling is my passion and I try to do it as often and as for as long as possible as I can. I initially used to travel to major events around the United Kingdom such as the Grand National or the Reading Festival, now I travel around the world. Probably the best trip I have had is at the World Cup in South Africa and the Mayweather boxing in Las Vegas. Next year I aim to go to France for the 2016 European Championships and possibly Rio de Janeiro in Brazil for the Olympics.”

Adam funds the travel through some other websites he has which are focused on the Secondary Ticket Market. Based out of Minneapolis and Manchester Adam has lived in Bogota, Buenos Aires, London as well as having travelled all around the US and Latin America. His favourite destinations include Mexico, San Francisco and the islands of Thailand.

Travel Writing Advice

“My advice would be for anyone who wants to travel for any period of time is to plan ahead of schedule and have a set budget. I would also advise people to start a travel blog, for so many reasons it is good to have an account of your trip. Whilst nobody will read it at first, after time this will definitely change. Documenting your trip as well as having images is something that you can look back on in the future and share with your friends and family.”

Adam is currently in the UK for the Rugby World Cup but will return to the US to travel to Philadelphia to visit a close friend. For more information about Adam or for more tips on how and why you should start a travel blog visit his website http://www.event-traveller.com
